Meet Our Founders, Alexa & Stephen!
We’ve have had the honor of serving brands with big goals, since 2017.
Alexa Pence, Co-Owner
After 13+ years as a multi-media creator in both print magazine and digital domains, including 7+ years as co-owner of Saltshine Creative, and experience as the director of social media and engagement for OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels—a global collection—Alexa has adeptly blended these varied experiences to deliver exceptional value while nurturing robust connections between brands and their communities. During Pence's time in-house at OUTRIGGER, the social media department was awarded a Gold Magellan Award in the Podcast category and a Gold Magellan Award in the Social Media Campaign category. Alexa feels most passionate working with entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives to build strong brands that shine all the time. In her spare time, you may find her climbing Oahu’s peaks.
Stephen Lloyd, Co-Owner
As a client-focused professional with over 9 years of experience in the creative industry, Stephen prioritizes creating supportive and organized infrastructures that foster a smooth creative experience for each client. With a focus on strategic marketing, client success, and account management, Stephen's goal is to help clients and creatives feel confident and ready to shine every day. In his spare time, you may find him surfing his favorite breaks.
